Give your support queue a team that learns your product. We handle customer questions, investigate issues, and give engineering the context to act—during the coverage hours you need.
Start with one product. One queue or coverage window.
The customer needs an answer. Engineering needs something more useful than a forwarded message.
Acknowledge the issue, confirm its impact, and collect the details needed to investigate.
Use your runbook and approved access to check the behavior before escalating.
A structured handoff with the investigation already attached.
Example only. Your product, access rules, and runbooks define the process.
For SaaS teams with paying customers, recurring support work, and too much of it reaching the people building the product.
Help customers use your product and keep open requests moving.
Work through product problems using your documentation and agreed procedures.
Give your engineers a clear escalation and your customers a clear next step.
A clear boundary.Your team owns code changes and production decisions. We agree which requests we can resolve, which actions need approval, and when to escalate.
You should know who's handling your queue, how replies are being checked, and what still needs your team's attention.

Use your helpdesk and approved communication channels. Access is limited to what's needed for the agreed support work.
Agree an owner for day-to-day delivery, quality reviews, and coverage changes, with handoff and absence arrangements documented upfront.
See ticket volume, response times during coverage, open issues, and escalation quality. Use recurring questions to improve the knowledge base.
Start with a specific responsibility. Hours, channels, response targets, and capacity are confirmed before work begins.
A two-week paid pilot lets both teams assess the fit using a limited support workload. Onboarding and access readiness determine the start date.
Choose one product, channels, coverage hours, workload limits, and success measures.
Review documentation, approve access, and agree which actions and escalations need your team.
Handle support with supervised onboarding, quality checks, and visibility in your existing tools.
Review quality, workload, and delivery effort. Continue on a monthly scope if the fit is right.
Continuation is a separate decision. The pilot does not automatically commit you to ongoing coverage.

The best starting point is a live product with recurring email or chat requests, accessible product documentation, and someone on your side who can answer product questions and own engineering escalations. We review the technical requirements together before accepting the scope.
Our starting offer is English-language email and chat support during agreed hours. We confirm staffing and response targets for your requested window before quoting. Round-the-clock coverage and phone support are not included by default.
We plan around your existing helpdesk and workflows. Bring your current setup to the call so we can check access, reporting, seat costs, and any limitations before committing.
We agree data handling, access permissions, confidentiality terms, and approval rules during onboarding. Sensitive actions such as account recovery, billing changes, and production changes follow your approved procedures and escalation policy.
Human support is the core service. AI assistance or automation can be considered where you approve the tools, data use, and review process. It is not required for the pilot.
We review the work together and agree whether to continue, adjust the scope, or stop. Any ongoing engagement has its own workload, coverage, pricing, and notice terms. Open-ticket handover is part of the plan if we stop.
Bring your product, approximate weekly ticket volume, and the hours you need covered. We'll work out whether a focused pilot makes sense.
